Delivery enquiries for Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, Wrexham, Broughton
For a Welsh delivery, separate the destination of the empty pallets from the eventual export route. If the goods cross several sites before departure, identify the final packing operator and who provides any additional timber.
Pallet options and quantities
Tell us whether you need a UK-size or Euro-size footprint, an exact CP or licensed product, a bespoke base or advice on the construction. Include quantity, condition preference and cargo details. Region names do not establish stock availability; the team confirms the specific product and supply arrangement.
Multi-site packing
A business ordering for both production and a separate packing contractor should list quantities and requirements for each receiving point. Shared regional coverage does not mean those sites need identical pallets.
Access, unloading and timing
Provide the postcode, receiving contact, available unloading equipment and any vehicle or booking restrictions. Use the date pallets are needed for packing. For multiple addresses, list the quantities and access details for each one so a quotation can reflect the actual delivery requirement.
Export packaging specification
Name the final destination and include all raw timber packaging used around the goods. Treatment and marking, structural suitability and the customer’s own pallet specification are separate questions. Keep the agreed answers with the order and inspect the supplied packaging before use.

Call the national team or use the existing Palletmove enquiry form through our contact page. These pages describe locations for delivery enquiries, not separate depots or guaranteed daily routes. Availability, delivery feasibility, timing and charges are confirmed for the specification and postcode.
